Whitney works full time as a Licensed Assistant to Kit Fitzgerald, and works closely with the team and clients. Whitney joined The Kit Fitzgerald Team in June of 2015 after graduating from Boise State University with a BA in Graphic Design. She serves as the Kit Fitzgerald Team's central nervous system, and Kit's right-hand gal. She helps with coordinating the team's transaction details, managing clients, scheduling appointments and she creates all marketing and social media content. Whitney has lived in Idaho since 1999 and couldn't imagine living anywhere more wonderful. When she's not at work keeping her team and the brokerage organized, you'll likely catch her in the mountains skiing, biking, hiking or spending time at her family's A-Frame cabin on Cascade Lake. She and her husband Dan spend most of their free time adventuring in their Jeep, camping, and enjoying Idaho's beautiful backyard. Together they have two fur-baby cats, Layla and Nala.

Kit is a full time Realtor® and Regional Designated Broker to Equity Northwest Real Estate. She was previously Director of Sales for Red Barn Real Estate, which she helped start in the fall of 2007, after a four year stint as the Sales Director at CBH Homes. Kit began her real estate career in January of 2003 selling new construction in one of Meridian, Idaho’s most successful planned communities, Woodbridge. Aside from her Broker role, Kit manages a top-producing real estate team whose clients range from first time home buyers to builders to investment purchases, and everything in between. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, her two children, Maeve and Finn, and recent addition, Birdie the Bernedoodle.
