Meet Leda

Leda Waddle brings seven years of real estate experience at Equity Northwest Real Estate and a genuine passion for people to the Kit Fitzgerald Team. After retiring from the Idaho Court System, she followed her calling into real estate—where guiding clients through meaningful life transitions with clarity and care is at the heart of everything she does.

Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Leda is deeply grateful for the trust her clients place in her and is honored to be part of each new chapter they begin. She has also been an active member of the Boise Regional REALTORS®, serving on committees including the REALTOR® Outreach Committee.

Family is central to Leda’s life. She’s been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Chris, for 40 years and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Outside of work, she loves gardening, cooking, reading, traveling, and making special memories with her granddaughter.
