Meet Whitney

Whitney is a full-time Licensed Assistant to Kit Fitzgerald and an integral part of the team at Equity Northwest Real Estate. She works closely with clients, agents, and the brokerage to keep everything running seamlessly. Whitney found her calling with Kit and the team in June of 2015 after graduating from Boise State University with a BA in Graphic Design, and she’s been keeping the wheels turning ever since.

Often described as the team’s central nervous system—and Kit’s right-hand gal—Whitney manages transaction details, coordinates schedules, fields client inquiries, and generates all marketing and social media content. She does it all with precision, a great attitude and (almost always) a smile on her face.

An Idaho resident since 1999, Whitney can’t imagine calling anywhere other than Boise home. When she’s not behind a computer keeping the team on track, you’ll likely find her in the mountains skiing, biking, hiking, or soaking in hot springs—sometimes all in the same day. She and her husband, Dan, love spending their free time adventuring in their Jeep, camping, backpacking, and exploring Idaho’s incredible backyard. At home, they have two fur-baby cats, Layla and Nala.
